Hi, I'm Shane! I live in Kansas City with my husband, our three children, and our Maine Coons. Marne River grew from our family's love for this incredible breed and a desire to raise kittens the same way we want our own cats to live: as part of the family.

We raise one carefully planned litter at a time, right in our home. From their first weeks tucked away with mama to the day they venture downstairs and become part of the everyday chaos of family life, our kittens are known, handled, watched over, and loved as individuals.

Of course, we want to raise beautiful Maine Coons. But some of the things that matter most can't be seen in a photograph: health, temperament, and the way a kitten is raised from the very beginning. Those are the things we put our time and attention into.

By the time our kittens leave us, we hope they're ready to walk into another home and become exactly what they've been here all along:
